During the early 70s Harry Gratton worked for Post Office Telephones in Telex/Data in Telephone House, Union Street, Bristol. To allow for expansion this was then moved to the PO repeater station in Bedminster Down.
Harry was very active on the VHF/UHF bands from his well located QTH at Wordsworth Road using a 30ft tower assembled out of Dexion painted gold !
The callsign has now been taken on by his son Michael.
